CUSTOMER NOTICE – DELAYS TO NORMAL SERVICE
Following the government’s recent announcement to open our economy, we were delighted to resume trade on Monday 18th May 2020 in line with phase 1.
At outhaus our priority at all times remains the health, safety and wellbeing of our customers, staff and suppliers; for this reason we have adapted our showrooms and processes to apply strict social distancing restrictions and our staff have been trained on same. Due to said measures we are operating with a significantly reduced level of personnel operating on site (over 60% of our staff and management are currently working from home).
These restrictions have since resulted in delays to our “Never Ordinary” service, so we ask, whether you are phoning or visiting us, to please be patient with our staff while we adapt to said restrictions.
With the new social distancing measures in practice we are restricting access to no more than 14 visitors at one time in our showroom. We are operating a queuing system outside with standing points set out on the pavement and a barrier at the entrance. We ask the people remain at the barrier until a member of staff greets them. Please be advised that queuing can take up to or more than half an hour during busy periods.
Unfortunately we cannot accept cash or cheque payments at this moment.
Our store also has clear markings and signage to highlight social distancing measures. We ask all customers to please respect these markings, our procedures and our staff.
